Beverage & Bar Catering

Feel free to bring outside drinks for your private events! Just remember to hire a licensed vendor with a bartender, as we don’t sell alcohol on-site and self-service stocking stations aren't allowed.

The vendors should come fully prepared with everything needed for the bar setup and breakdown, including equipment, portable bars, drinkware (disposable plastic cups or glassware), garnishes, napkins, trash bags, ice buckets, and such.
Please make sure the vendor of your choice has a valid state issued caterer's permit, liquor license and comply with alcohol regulations and laws, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests!
We recommend having a diverse range of beverages to satisfy everyone's tastes, from non-alcoholic options like sparkling water, juices, and punches to alcoholic drinks such as beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits.
Safety Measures: Implement safety measures to promote responsible drinking and ensure the well-being of guests. This may include arranging transportation for guests, and monitoring alcohol consumption throughout the event.

If you're planning to set up a bar, please connect our party staff with your vendors for coordination. This helps us ensure smooth transportation, secure enough space for a portable bar, and consider important factors like layout and accessibility.

Catering Setup and Equipment

We offer all the essentials for catering, including banquet tables with tablecloths and skirts, as well as casual seating arrangements like couches, chairs, and pop-up tables.

Since we reserve the entire venue for private events, we can customize the space to fit your specific needs. It's important for your caterer to coordinate with us for planning the room layout, scheduling a walkthrough to avoid last-minute changes. They should also consider factors like power sockets and other resources.

Your catering vendor should accurately assess the space needed based on your food order size and provide us with the dimensions required for the serving area. This ensures smooth flow and easy access during the event.

Food presentation may vary, so it's best to discuss your preferences directly with your vendor. They should also inform you about the types of pots, pans, and dishes they'll use. Keep in mind that we don't have a dishwasher or kitchen sink on-site, so if glassware is used, request a 'return dirty' service.

Hot food is typically delivered in aluminum pans with lids and presented on wire chafer stands with hot sternos underneath to keep it warm. Cold finger food comes in disposable plastic containers and trays.

* Your catering vendor should also provide sufficient serving dishes, bowls, stands, plates, beverage dispensers, utensils, napkins, cups, and disposable plates. Consider keeping containers for leftovers or requesting to-go boxes.

Beverage Station

Our Party Room features a beverage station with Coffee, tea and bottled water offered to all customers free of charge.

We provide all necessary condiments, such as sugar, stirrers, straws, creamers (dairy), a variety of teas and coffee, napkins, and cups.
